Physicals for Fall Sports Due August 1 Please remember to submit your completed physical packets for fall sports by August 1st . This will allow our athletic office to review all packets prior to the start of official in-season practices. Completed packets can be dropped off in the Main Office Monday-Friday from 8:00am until 2:00pm or emailed (in entirety) to hhathleticsandactivities@lmsd.org
